Beef & Cheese Empanadas with Red Chile in a Fried Turnover - Traditional Mexican Foods by Don Miguel

Ingredients: Filling: Beef, water, cheddar cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto [color] and may contain calcium chloride), rolled oats, cereal (ground corn, wheat, rye, oats & rice), modified food starch, cheese flavor (dehydrated cheese [cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes], autolyzed yeast extract, salt, synthetic calcium silicate as an anticaking agent, buttermilk powder, disodium phosphate, citric acid, proprionic acid as a preservative, water), contains 2% or less of: bleached wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, & folic acid), flavorings, tomato paste, chili powder (chili pepper, salt, spices, garlic powder), jalapeņos (jalapeņo peppers, salt, acetic acid, calcium chloride), dehydrated onion, hydrolyzed corn gluten, soy protein, wheat gluten, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, salt, vinegar, guar gum, crushed red pepper.

Dough: Bleached wheat flour enriched (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, & folic acid), water, partially hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oil, salt. Fried in vegetable oil (canola and/or soybean).

Contains: MILK, SOY, WHEAT.
