Ingredients:
- 10-12 Don Miguel/El Charrito Beef or Chicken Mini Tacos
- One can of refried beans
- One cup of shredded lettuce
- One cup of Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1 ½ cup of your favorite chunky salsa
- ½ cup of cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In an 8 x 8 baking dish layer the bottom with Don Miguel Mini Tacos. Add the can of refried beans on top. Bake for 13 minutes. Then add Monterey jack cheese and bake another 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add shredded lettuce, salsa and cheddar cheese on top.Serves: 4
