Ingredients:
- 10-12 Don Miguel/El Charrito Beef or Chicken Mini Tacos
- One can of chili without meat
- One can of corn drained
- cup of sliced black olives
- cup of Monterey jack cheese shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In an 8 x 8 baking dish layer the Don Miguel Mini Tacos on the bottom. Next add can of chili on top. Add can of corn drained on top. Bake for 18 minutes. Remove from oven and add cheese and black olives. Wait 5 minutes before serving.Serves: 5
