Ingredients:
- 15 Don Miguel/El Charrito Beef or Chicken Mini Tacos
- 1 cup of green enchilada sauce
- 3 slices of Ham diced
- 2 canned green chilies sliced
- 1 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F. In an 8 x 8 baking dish layer the Don Miguel Mini Tacos on the bottom. Pour Enchilada sauce on top. Spread ham on top of enchilada sauce. Bake for 15 minutes then add cheese and bake an additional 3 minutes. Take out of oven and add green chilies on top.Serves: 4
