- 6 Warm Corn Tortillas
- 2 sliced Bell Peppers, color of your choice
- 1 small sliced yellow Onion
- 2 cups cooked, diced Chicken
- 1 small seeded, skinned and diced Avocado
- 1 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped (optional)
- 6 Tbsp. fresh Salsa

Saute peppers and onions in a large non stick skillet on medium heat until they are tender. Add in the precooked chicken and continue to saute for 2 minutes or until the chicken is warm.
