Fajita Chicken Tacos

These chicken fajita tacos have been a Sanchez family favorite for years. I love cilantro in my tacos, but if you don't care for it you can make these chicken tacos without it.

Ingredients:

  • 6 Warm Corn Tortillas
  • 2 sliced Bell Peppers, color of your choice
  • 1 small sliced yellow Onion
  • 2 cups cooked, diced Chicken
  • 1 small seeded, skinned and diced Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. Cilantro chopped (optional)
  • 6 Tbsp. fresh Salsa

Instructions:

Saute peppers and onions in a large non stick skillet on medium heat until they are tender. Add in the precooked chicken and continue to saute for 2 minutes or until the chicken is warm. Place the chicken, onions and peppers in the tortillas and top off with the remaining ingredients to fit your specific tastes. That's how to make delicious fajita chicken tacos.
