Who doesn’t love nachos? Jazz up your boring nachos by using DON MIGUEL® Chicken Mini Tacos instead of chips for an amazing taste sensation!
- Heat the oven to 425°F.
- Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, or use ovenproof platter sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and spread mini tacos in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden and heated through.
- Remove mini tacos from the oven and top mini tacos with dollops of refried beans. Sprinkle the cheese over top. Return pan to oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 3 minutes. Remove nachos from oven and sprinkle olives on top.
- Serve with guacamole, sour cream and salsa, for dipping.
